
35th Annual Sauk County Dairy Breakfast will be held Saturday
The 35th Annual Sauk County Dairy Breakfast will be held Saturday (June 13) from 7:00 to 11:00 at Windi Ridge Farm in Hillpoint. Enjoy a delicious farm-fresh breakfast featuring pancakes, scrambled eggs with ham, sausage, cheese curds, yogurt, cottage cheese, Culver’s frozen custard with toppings and more. Diane Deaton Vielhuber {veal-hew-burr}, an organizer of the breakfast, is looking forward to the event.
Other activities will include farm exploration, educational exhibits, cheese tasting, butter making, door prizes, a photo booth, face painting and the opportunity to meet the Luxton Family who are the hosts of the event. Kay Luxton describes her family and Windi Farms.
Anyone who attends the breakfast will be able to tour the farm.
Even though chores will be complete all who tour the farm will still be able to see how milking is done.
Cost of the breakfast is $10 for adults, $5 for children Ages 5 to 11 and free for children under 5. There will be parking available onsite, including handicap parking and an onsite shuttle service. Come rain or shine and enjoy the Sauk County Dairy Breakfast Saturday, from 7:00 to 11:00, at Windi Ridge Farm in Hillpoint.
