The Lone Rock Community Library is partnering with The Ithaca Lions Club to offer free eye screenings and hearing tests
The tests are specifically for local homeschool families.
The Lone Rock Community Library is once again partnering with members of the Ithaca Lions Club to offer free eye screenings and hearing tests specifically for local homeschool families. For four years, this valuable collaboration has helped ensure area homeschool children have convenient access to essential health resources in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
The event will take place on Thursday, October 29th, beginning at 11:30 AM at the Lone Rock Community Library. All local homeschool children are welcome to participate in the screenings. No advance registration or sign-up is required to attend.
These annual screenings offer parents a simple and accessible opportunity to have their children's vision and hearing evaluated. Community members with questions are encouraged to contact the Lone Rock Community Library for more information. Families are also invited to share details about the event with local homeschool groups to help spread the word throughout the community.
