Bulls, Barrels and Derbies: Racine County Fair’s Weekend Schedule Set

UNION GROVE, Wis. – (WRJN) — A Combine Demo Derby is the headline event at the Racine County Fair tonight. On the grandstand along with the derby, garden tractor and mini rod pulls.

The fair runs through Sunday at the Racine County Fairgrounds on Hwy 11 in Union Grove, with plenty more on tap for the weekend. Friday, 4-H, FFA and Youth Day, features an antique tractor parade at 5:30 p.m. followed by truck and tractor pulls at 6:30 p.m.

Saturday night brings Bulls-N-Mutton Bustin’ at 7 p.m., a crowd favorite where kids ride sheep and adults face bulls and barrels. Sunday wraps things up with two demolition derbies, one at 2 p.m. and another at 6 p.m.

Admission is $12 for adults (14–61), $9 for seniors 62+, $7 for juniors 8–13, and free for kids 7 and under. A 5-day season pass costs $50. Parking is free, with senior and handicap spaces inside Gate 6.

Beyond the grandstand, the fair offers agricultural exhibits, livestock shows and auctions, carnival rides, fair food and live music on Center Stage. Most exhibits close around 5 p.m. Sunday, though the fairgrounds stay open until 9 p.m. that day.
