The Plain Fire & EMS 3-Day Celebration, fun for everyone

The Plain Fire & EMS 3-Day Celebration will be held this Friday (July 24) through Sunday (July 26) at Plain Community Park. Featured at the event will be Live Music by Best Practice on Friday night starting at 7:00.
Saturday at 10:00 will be the Travis Studnicka Memorial Volleyball Tournament, a Bean Bag Tournament gets underway at 1:00 and Road Crew will perform beginning at 7:00.
On Sunday there will be a Circus Parade at 11:00 and a Chicken BBQ will be served starting at Noon. At 1:00 Leather N Lace will take the stage and a Children’s Pedal Pull will be held. All weekend there will be Softball Tournaments, Carnival Rides, Inflatables. Food, Cold Beverages and more. Please no carry-ins. More information can be found on the Plain Fire & EMS Facebook Page.
Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center. Currently, Adam hosts the Weekend Wake-up and Prime Mover Saturdays on WRCO FM, jumps in and helps out with news duties, handles Social Media duties for WRCO and WRCE, and is the Director of Technology at a Southwest Wisconsin School District. Tim Thiede is a Muscoda native who earned a degree in Radio/TV/Film from UW-Oshkosh where he decided to return to school as a non-traditional student. Since graduating in 2013 Tim has been working in radio previously in Reedsburg before being hired at WRCO in 2021. Besides being an on-air personality Tim also assists in the news department, engineers sports broadcasts and helps out wherever needed.
