
Celebrating The United States of America’s 250th birthday, several areas to host fireworks
In observance of the United States of America’s 250th birthday this year many towns and cities throughout the nation will be celebrating this special occasion with various activities and fireworks shows during the Fourth of July weekend. If you are looking for a fireworks show to attend the following area communities will be shooting them off this weekend.
The City of Mauston will be holding their fireworks show on Friday (July 3) at dusk. Area communities holding shows on Saturday (July 4) include Tomah at 9:45. Boscobel, Eastman, Gays Mills, La Farge, Lone Rock, Mauston, Mazomanie, Mineral Point, Platteville, Viroqua and Westby will all will have fireworks displays at dusk,.
