Have you ever wondered if there are ways to take care of your brain as you age? Boost Your Brain & Memory is an evidence based brain health program created by Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging. It goes beyond simple brain games and focuses on a variety of lifestyle factors that impact brain health, and on memory strategies that participants can implement into their daily lives.
The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country – Richland County will offer a seven series adult education class on ways to Boost Your Brain & Memory Mondays from April 6 through May 18 from 2:30 to 4:00 at the Richland Center Community Center. Program participants will learn practices that can help them live a healthier lifestyle, remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, and regulate their emotions. To register, contact Pam at 608-548-3954.
