Lambeau Field Among America’s Most Photogenic NFL Stadiums

If you’ve ever snapped a picture at Lambeau Field, turns out, you’re in good company. A new national survey ranks the Green Bay Packers’ legendary home as one of the most photogenic NFL stadiums – in the country!

The report, just released by sports analysis site Pickswise, tracked photos on Instagram and then counted hashtags for all 30 NFL stadiums. The results reveal which venues fans have been photographing and sharing during the last year.

It turns out the league average for hashtags is 121,000.

But with close to 220,000 hashtags, Lambeau Field far exceeds the average. It ends up ranked at seventh overall with the most popular hashtags being #LambeauField and #LambeauFieldStadium. Photos show fans celebrating its blend of history and modern updates and their enduring affection for one of football’s most storied sites. And it didn’t hurt the NFL Draft was hosted in Green Bay this year!

By the way, just ahead of the Packers’ home turf is Chicago’s Soldier Field. One of the league’s oldest and smallest stadiums, took the number four spot with more than 240,000 hashtags.

So, which ones top the picture-perfect list? 

MetLife Stadium in New Jersey is home to both the New York Giants and Jets. The study shows it has 349,200 hashtags, landing it at number one. It’s followed by Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco and Gillette Stadium in New England.

Rounding out the top five is AT&T Stadium in Dallas and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

But check the opposite end of the spectrum, and you’ll find M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore holding last place at least picturesque. It has just 17,800 hashtags.

Fans of the Packers know whether blanketed in snow or echoing with cheers on a beautiful fall Sunday, Lambeau Field remains a favorite. And this shows it’s not just on game day, but across social media feeds from people nationwide.
