OSHKOSH, WI- (WISS) – Voters who have questions about the $197.8 million dollar capital referendum on the April 1, 2025 ballot can attend several information and question-and-answer sessions from the Oshkosh Area School District (OASD) in February and March.

According to OASD, the referendum is designed to improve student safety and learning spaces and comes with a $0 tax increase to the debt levy.

The sessions will allow residents to ask questions and gain a thorough understanding of the referendum projects and their potential impact. The district’s goal is to provide community members with the facts necessary to make an informed decision on April 1 about the future of the district’s schools.

“We believe it’s crucial for every community member to have access to accurate and timely information about the future of our schools,” said Dr. Bryan Davis, superintendent of the Oshkosh Area School District. “These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for residents to hear directly from district leaders and get answers to their questions about the referendum.”
